Human rights sources have reported that the number of people who died in the protests in the ninth week and at the end of the 21st day of November has reached 434 people.
The “HRANA” website announced that “from the beginning of the protests on September 17 to the end of November 21, at least 434 people have lost their lives, 60 of whom were children.”
Along with the violent treatment of the government forces against the protesters, the arrest of political, social, economic and media activists and students has also taken an increasing trend.
HRANA reported the arrest of 17,473 citizens and wrote that 544 of them are students, and now the identity of 3,060 detainees is known. 142 universities and 155 cities have been involved in protests so far.
