A journalist has written on Twitter that the Islamic Republic of Iran has banned the use of make-up on female announcers.
According to Sima Parvanehgohar, Alireza Khodabakhshi, political vice president of IRIB, released the make-up artists of the news departments of this organization two months ago and announced that female announcers should appear in front of the camera without makeup.
